The GPHAP office is located in the Center for Health Administration Studies (CHAS) building at 6011 Ingleside (next door to the School of Social Service Administration, the apartment building at the corner of E. 60th and Ingleside). Please enter the Ingleside entrance, up the stairs to the main floor, first office on the right.
